About Us

Since 1993 Georgia Missions Ministry has grown by leaps-and-bounds toward making a difference in the lives of those whom it has touched.  Projects such as Singles' Ministry, Vacation Bible School, Community Bible Camp, Game Day, Bible Study classes, young Christians counseling and mentoring, partnering with other ministries, evangelism, and others have all contributed toward laying the foundation for this ministry's future.  It wasn't long before an annual women's Chit-Chat fellowship was birthed, under the umbrella of Georgia Missions, in the fall of 1998.  In 2010, a girls' Teen Chit-Chat followed. With the combination of all of the aforementioned, Georgia Missions Ministry has been a success.

The survival of Georgia Missions is credited to an awesome God who uses amazing Christians to support this work through prayer and finances.  This support has and continues to contribute toward sustaining this ministry.  The future of Georgia Missions will be shaped by the prayers of supporters made to God to bring into fruition the construction of a new facility in South Georgia where we can continue to glorify and serve Him. Georgia Missions has been partnering with the Community Outreach Project for several years. The founder, Mr. Jimmy A. Ford, has been working endlessly in serving God over the years.  We look forward to a continued partnership with Community Outreach in furthering the Gospel of our Savior.

As we plan our ministry's future, we will continue in the success of the past.  James 5:16 states, "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective."  We look forward to adding your name to our team of prayer warriors as we engage in this larger vision of ministry in the South.  As you view the following sites, we pray that you will rejoice with us in the joy, excitement, and rewards that come from serving an Almighty God.
